Macy is a partner in True’s CEO, Healthcare and Longevity Practices. She leads C-suite searches across the healthcare, wellness and consumer health landscape, with a focus on CEO and go-to-market leadership. She partners with high-growth companies from early-stage venture through scaled private equity-backed and public environments.
Prior to joining True, Macy worked at a leading boutique executive search firm, partnering with health technology companies on senior leadership hires. Earlier in her career, she worked closely with founders of early stage healthcare and consumer companies, supporting company-building during critical phases of growth.
Macy holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is based in New York City.
