Lauren is a principal in the People, Talent & Legal practice, partnering with investors and operators across VC, PE and public companies to place transformative HR and legal leaders.
Before her four years in executive search, Lauren spent nearly a decade in the education sector, with roles at The Walt Disney Company and in undergraduate admission at Boston College and Fairfield University.
Lauren holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Fairfield University. A New Jersey native, she currently resides in the area and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughter.
