Prior to joining True, Kylie began her recruiting career with an IT staffing and services firm. Since joining True in 2017, she has built her network across the consumer sector with a specialization in marketing, communications and digital roles. She partners with high-growth businesses at all stages, from series A startups through publicly traded companies.
Kylie graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor's degree in communication studies. Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, she visits her family whenever she can. She currently lives in Haddonfield, NJ with her husband and highly protective pomeranian.
