Kriz Tan is a partner in True’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practices based in Singapore. She has over 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor to regional and local conglomerates and multinational companies, helping them identify, recruit, and retain top talent across the SEA region.

Kriz is passionate about the development and growth of talents in the region and leverages her deep industry and functional expertise to help clients define excellence. Born and raised in Singapore, Kriz also enjoys being a link between best in class talents and the growing segment of Asia-headquartered aspiring enterprises in this region keen to go global.

Prior to joining True, Kriz was a sector leader for SEA in global life sciences at Korn Ferry for over 6 years, where she advised clients on regional searches and connected talents to the regional healthcare ecosystems. Her clients ranged from multinational pharmaceutical, medical devices, and healthcare infrastructure corporations as well as small to medium sized biotechnology companies.

Kriz partners with clients on integrated, innovative and customized data-driven solutions that span from talent search through engagement and management, harnessing technology to increase efficiency and focus in a globalized market. Her key areas of expertise are talent strategy, future-proofing leadership teams, market mapping and benchmarking, succession planning, and interview-coaching senior executives.

Kriz holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from RMIT University. She lives in Singapore and is trilingual in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
