As head of the Consumer Practice, Kristin leads board and C-suite searches across the consumer sector with a specialization in marketing and CEO/COO roles. She partners with high-growth businesses at all stages, from series A startups through publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining True, Kristin was the VP of talent and human resources at Thrive Market where she oversaw hyper-growth and scaled the team to 500+ employees. She was an early employee at RelateIQ (acquired by Salesforce) and started her search career specializing in VC and growth equity investment professionals.
Kristin played water polo at Claremont McKenna College where she earned a degree in economics. She lives in the South Bay of Los Angeles with her husband, two kids, and a highly excitable labradoodle.
