Josh is a partner in True’s London office where he helps grow the Energy Transition & Industrial Practice across EMEA and APAC. He specializes in C-suite & Board hires as well as leadership assessment services. He joined True in 2023 to contribute to the organization’s mission and support the growth of True’s Energy Transition & Industrial Practice with large industrial, public and private equity clients.
Josh joined True from Gibson Watts, a business he carved out and built from a management consultancy. As head of executive search he performed search and assessment services for scaling businesses, globally across clean tech. Josh spent a decade at a boutique search firm and a year at a management consultancy.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University and a Bachelor of Science in leadership and strategy from the University West of England.
