Josh is a partner leading SearchEssentials at True, where he bridges traditional strategic search with DIY recruitment to enhance efficiency and inclusivity in hiring.
Josh previously spent three years at True in the Product, Data & Technology Practice, where he specialized in VPX and CXO placements for VC and PE-backed tech startups. Following this, he served in various leadership roles at Quantum and DES Recruitment, Inc. Most recently, as technical talent leader at Aurora Innovation, Josh played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 600 to over 1,800 employees, making a significant impact on its path toward a public filing.
Josh holds a Master of Business Administration, Management (MBA) from LaSalle University where he was valedictorian and a bachelor’s in English and Spanish from Washington & Jefferson College. He is also a proud girl dad, marathon runner and an aspiring triathlete.
