Josefin is a managing director in True’s London office, and head of the People, Talent and Legal Practice. She partners with investor-led internet, software, and tech businesses to find C-level leaders to further accelerate growth or international expansion, as well as public businesses looking for digital and transformative leaders.
Prior to joining True, Josefin held positions in industry, including Business Transformation Director for Thomson Reuters IP&S (now Clarivate Analytics) prior to its divestiture to Private Equity; global OD positions at Warner Media; and as part of the management team for an edtech business acquired by AVADO. Josefin holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Stockholm University, and studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. In a previous career, she was a professional singer and musician, and she is still an active member of the London Symphony Chorus. She lives in London with her young son.
