Jonathan is driven by a deep passion for innovation in financial services, and works with fintech and financial services companies to drive growth and transformation by building out world-class board and senior management teams. He launched and built the FinTech and Financial Services practice within True, which he leads today. He also co-leads the CEO and Board Practices. Jonathan is an active investor and co-founded the early-stage venture capital firm, Vera Equity.
Prior to joining True, Jonathan was at Korn Ferry where he worked in the global financial services market. He worked primarily across consumer and commercial banking, and asset and wealth management. Before joining Korn Ferry, Jonathan worked on the investment team at Park Avenue Securities where he assisted the advisors on evaluating investment decisions for their clients.
He attended James Madison University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance.
