John is a principal in True's People, Talent & Legal practice and has more than 14 years of diverse executive search and human capital management experience.  He has recruited across industries including financial services and technology, with a significant portion of his career focused on people and talent leaders.

Having spent over a decade supporting growth-stage and public markets clients, John has a passion for listening to a firm's story and helping them to take a search to market and finding uniquely qualified candidates.

John's professional career started in accounting and financial reporting for a fund in Boston.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. Currently, John works on the West Coast and is located outside of Seattle with his family.
