Joel is a principal in True’s HardTech and Private Equity Practices, based in Toronto. He specializes in C-suite, president, and board-level placements across data centers, advanced manufacturing, IoT, connectivity, and robotics sectors globally.
Prior to True, Joel was a senior consultant at EY, focusing on transformation and organizational design for clients in energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing. He began his career in search at Spencer Stuart, partnering with leading manufacturing and industrial companies within the North American private equity practice.
Joel holds an honors degree in business administration and organizational studies from Nipissing University.
