Over his career, he has completed more than 500 projects, ranging from CEO, president, COO, board member, CRO, CFO, and other top management searches to capital sourcing and company formation. Jim specializes in health information, health data analytics, medtech, pharma IT/services, healthcare services, managed care, tech-enabled services and enterprise software/SaaS/cloud computing businesses, Jim is one of the recognized leaders in health information recruiting.
Previously, Jim was a member of the technology, communications, and media practice at Spencer Stuart, the world’s largest privately-held executive search and management consulting firm. Prior to his career in executive search, he was a founding member of an information technology consulting firm. Here he helped to oversee the firm’s expansion from a single office to a national presence. In growing this business, Jim conceived of and launched its SaaS-based platform which delivered an applicant tracking and e-learning system that was used by Fortune 500 and financial services 100 businesses.
