Jenna is a partner within the Consumer Practice at True. Her expertise is in the placement of CEO / president, marketing, commercial, and digital executives across the consumer landscape, including CPG food & beverage, wine & spirits, personal care, and retail.
Jenna brings over ten years of experience partnering with innovative consumer businesses. Prior to joining True, Jenna worked for a boutique executive search firm where she partnered with a range of beverage clients, from emerging startups to iconic global consumer brands.
In addition to executive search, Jenna proudly serves as a founding member of Be True – the firm’s employee resource group which celebrates the LGBTQ+ community at True and provides opportunities for mentorship, sponsorship and advancement of True’s DE&I efforts.
Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota and a human resources certificate in talent acquisition & workforce planning from Cornell University.
