Jackie is a partner in True’s Financial Officers Practice, where she focuses on advising venture-backed companies on the appointment of senior financial leaders.
Prior to joining True, Jackie spent nearly a decade at Andreessen Horowitz as a partner on the firm’s Executive Talent team, working closely with founders and executives to build and scale high-performing leadership teams across the venture ecosystem. Earlier in her career, she held operational roles across startups, nonprofits, and public companies, giving her a broad perspective on organizational design, leadership needs at different stages of growth, and the dynamics of scaling companies.
Jackie earned a BA in arts administration with concentrations in finance and marketing from Simmons University. She is passionate about the arts and deeply committed to conversations around mental health and wellness. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time at the beach with her four dogs, exploring new fitness programs, and sharing a bold red wine with her husband.
