He brings more than two decades of experience as a technology executive and serial entrepreneur, having led and scaled early-stage startups and global growth-stage organizations. Greg has founded companies generating more than $300 million in cumulative revenue. He has built global teams of over 4,000, raised multiple rounds of capital, and delivered exits exceeding $1 billion in cumulative returns.
Highly operational in his approach, Greg works closely with founders, boards, and investors to navigate complex growth, talent, and execution challenges. He is known for helping leadership teams translate strategy into results, align organizations around clear priorities, and build high-performance teams that empower people while driving durable enterprise value.
Greg holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Southern Methodist University, and Lehigh University. A native New Yorker, he now resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife of 25 years.
