Passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities, Grant works with fintech / financial services, proptech, real estate and consumer tech clients to attract, engage and enable the success of executive and board-level talent. He specializes functionally in GTM, GM / Ops, and control function (risk, compliance, financial crime, trust & safety, analytics) searches.
Prior to joining True, Grant spent eight years with SEBA International, a boutique executive search firm, working with public, private and VC / PE-backed clients across the risk, compliance, analytics, marketing, product and finance functions.
Grant attended Tufts University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in english and media studies. He began his career in corporate communications with KPMG.
