Florian Gauer is a partner in True’s Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech Practice based in Berlin.
Prior to joining True, Florian spent 10 years as a management consultant, most recently at Porsche Consulting. Following this, after successfully building his own recruiting network in the field of FutureTech and sustainability, Florian joined CTG Consulting as a partner.
At CTG Consulting, Florian focused on the technology of tomorrow and established a global network in the fields of new energies, electromobility, cleantech and sustainability. Florian has always been driven to make the world a better and more sustainable place. His desire to drive the green transformation is reflected in the founding of various successful garage start-ups in the field of electrification.
Florian holds an MBA from different international universities and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Technical University of Lübeck.
