A highly passionate and personable partner with more than 14 years of executive search experience working with entrepreneurial, high-growth and investor-backed technology and consumer clients across EMEA. At True, Emma sits within the Go-to-Market and Consumer Practices working on C-suite and senior leadership roles with B2C venture capital, private equity-backed and publicly listed technology clients. She has developed a deep specialism in marketing & commercial roles and leads the majority of True’s GTM hires.
Previously, Emma was senior consultant and DACH lead at 360Leaders, responsible for successfully growing the client base and delivering exceptional searches across Germany. Her earlier career was spent working in the private equity practice at The MBS Group, a consumer specialist executive search firm, where she delivered CEO, CFO and digital director searches across the retail, leisure, fashion and PCG sectors.
Emma studied business management & leadership at Exeter University and spent her most formative years growing up in Berlin.
