Elisa Dolan is a principal in True Search’s Cybersecurity & Defense Tech Practice. She builds leadership teams driving innovation in cybersecurity, defense technology, and national security, placing CEOs, GTM executives and senior security and technical leaders for venture-backed, private equity-backed and publicly traded companies.
Before entering executive search, Elisa served at both the federal and state levels of government, working with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs and the Connecticut General Assembly, where she supported the House Chair of the Appropriations Committee.
She earned her degree in political science from Trinity College, where she was captain of the women’s soccer team. Elisa lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband and two sons.
