Elisa is a principal in True’s Go-to-Market Practice, and is based in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining True, she spent five years at Howard Fischer Associates in their emerging technology practice, where she partnered with VC/PE-backed SaaS companies on searches across functions. Earlier she spent two years with a boutique executive search firm, where she led research and sourcing for tech, biotech and higher ed searches.
Elisa graduated from Trinity College, where she majored in political science and served as captain of the women’s soccer team. She grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and after seven years in Boston, recently returned home to the DMV area.
