Eli is a partner in True’s Enterprise Software & Services Practice, based in Philadelphia. He brings more than 11 years of experience as an attorney in both the public and private sectors.
Before joining True, Eli was an assistant U.S. attorney in the criminal District of Delaware, where he prosecuted a range of criminal cases including homicides, robberies, gang violence and white-collar crime. He also worked in the homicide/non-fatal shootings unit at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office and served as a law clerk for the Honorable R. Barclay Surrick in theU.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Earlier in his career, he represented clients at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia, handling business disputes, government investigations, criminal defense, and class action litigation.
Eli holds degrees from Cornell University and University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
