Eli is a partner in True’s Enterprise Software & Services Practice, based in Philadelphia, bringing more than a decade of experience in law and public service to the firm. With a background as both a federal prosecutor and private attorney, he offers a unique perspective on complex organizational challenges, risk management and leadership evaluation.
Before joining True, Eli served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the District of Delaware, prosecuting cases ranging from white-collar crime to homicides and gang-related violence, and worked in the homicide/non-fatal shootings unit at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office. Earlier in his career, he represented clients at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia, handling business disputes, government investigations, white collar criminal defense and class action litigation. He also clerked for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Known for his analytical rigor, strategic insight, and ability to navigate high-pressure situations, Eli brings these strengths to support executives and organizations in the enterprise software and services sector. Eli holds degrees from Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
