El is a principal in True’s CEO & Board Practice, specializing in CEO and Board searches across the consumer tech ecosystem including tech platforms, consumer subscription, social media, marketplaces, gaming, media and entertainment. Her experience spans businesses of all stages, from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies.
Prior to True, she was a talent intern at VMG Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm that invests primarily in the consumer-packaged goods space.
El graduated from Middlebury College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and was a captain of the women’s volleyball team.
