EJ is a principal at True, where he focuses on senior-level appointments across digital infrastructure, partnering with data center operators, real estate developers, infrastructure investors, and private equity firms.
Before joining True, EJ served as a managing consultant and digital infrastructure sub-sector lead within the technology practice at Korn Ferry, where he led executive search assignments across the digitally connected ecosystem. After Korn Ferry, he founded and managed a boutique consultancy specializing in digital infrastructure, data centers & AI.
Earlier in his career, EJ spent four years leading global executive search for enterprise information management services provider Iron Mountain, partnering closely with the executive leadership team on executive hiring, organizational design, and leadership strategy across all business lines worldwide. In this capacity, he acted as a trusted advisor on leadership bench strength, succession planning, and aligning senior talent with the company’s long-term growth objectives. Before Iron Mountain, EJ led product management and engineering recruitment for Virtustream, a Dell Technologies hypergrowth enterprise cloud acquisition.
EJ holds a BS in Business Administration from Norwich University.
