Danielle is a managing director and head of the Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech Practice at True. She has over a decade of executive recruiting in all things energy, industrial and deep tech and thrives on collaborating side by side with premier investors and executives who are making a significant impact in the category. She prides herself on serving as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
Her experience is broad across the category and she has placed principal investors as well as executive leaders across the C-suite in organizations backed by Black Rock, G2VP, SOSV, The Engine, Kleiner Perkins, DCVC, Obvious Ventures, General Catalyst, Playground Global and Breakthrough Energy. Prior to True, Danielle was a partner at Hobbs & Towne, a search firm supporting Venture Capital and Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies in the energy, industrial and technology sectors. Hobbs and Towne was acquired by True in 2021.
Danielle earned a degree in business with a minor in communications from LeMoyne College. She then completed her MBA at St. Joseph’s University.
