Dana Levine

Dana Levine, Executive Search, Principal.

Dana is a principal in True’s Consumer Practice. She brings more than sixteen years of experience in talent acquisition leadership within the consumer sector, with a focus on executive and strategic hiring across food, beverage, personal care, household, retail and specialty product categories.

Before joining True, Dana led talent acquisition teams at publicly traded consumer goods companies, PepsiCo and Church & Dwight. Her work spanned corporate functions and business units, supporting growth and transformation across globally recognized brands such as Pepsi, Frito Lay, Arm & Hammer, Batiste and Hero Cosmetics. Earlier in her career, she was part of the in-house executive recruitment team at Merrill Lynch, where she gained exposure to high-level financial services talent strategy.

Dana holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s from Lafayette College. She lives in New Jersey with her family.
