Christian is a partner in True’s Life Sciences Practice, based in Berlin. With 20 years of experience in executive search he partners with life sciences organizations to identify, assess and hire executives across a wide range of functions.
Prior to joining the True, Christian was managing director at a boutique life sciences executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he worked as an executive search consultant at Kienbaum and Korn Ferry. He also headed the center of excellence for global management recruiting at Fresenius Kabi, gaining experience across corporate and technical leadership roles.
Christian’s expertise spans technical operations, including manufacturing, production, supply chain, quality, regulatory and engineering, as well as commercial and corporate functions.
He holds a master’s degree in educational science from the University of Koblenz-Landau.
