Christian is a partner at True and an integral member of the firm’s Go-to-Market Practice, based in New York. With over two decades of global executive search experience, he specializes in placing transformative commercial leaders, presidents, CROs, and CMOs, across enterprise software and the convergence of healthcare and technology.
He has developed particular expertise at the intersection of enterprise SaaS and healthcare IT, advising founders, investors and operators across digital health and technology-enabled services— spanning providers, payors, and employers.
His career traces a distinctive arc: from senior sales representative in Medtronic’s spinal and biologics division, to Egon Zehnder, to Lincoln Square Advisors, where he helped shape executive teams for some of the most innovative venture-backed companies in the market. Throughout his career he has served corporate, early-stage venture and private equity portfolio companies.
Christian holds a BA in english and philosophy from Regis University and has completed graduate coursework at Fordham. He lives in New York with his wife, Mary, and their three sons, Leo, Sam and Mack.
