Chase is a partner in True’s Consumer Practice where she leads C-suite and VP-level searches with a specialization in commercial, marketing, general management, CEO and GTM roles. Chase also advises high-growth venture and PE-backed consumer brands across all asset classes at the intersection of health, wellness, fitness, personal care and CPG.
Prior to joining True, Chase spent nearly 8 years at boutique search firms building practices from the ground up. Her expertise in placing executive level “difference makers” has made her a trusted partner for some of the fastest growing, most innovative and disruptive brands in the space. Before joining the recruitment industry, Chase was a brand builder and marketer. She co-founded a venture-backed fitness startup and spent time at leading brands such as Classpass, Nike and BANDIER.
Chase graduated from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School with a Bachelor’s in Communications and CUNY Graduate School of Journalism with a Masters in Journalism. She is a born and raised New Yorker who now resides in South Florida with her husband and two sons.
