Prior to True, Andrew spent nearly a decade in New York working at U.S. and international executive search boutiques focused on venture capital and private equity-backed clients.
Andrew completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Saint Michael’s College in Vermont and spent time in China learning Mandarin and studying economics.
