Alison Finn is a partner in True’s Boston office and leads executive placements across the life sciences ecosystem. She has a successful track record of recruiting across a diverse set of functions and through VC-backed, PE-backed and publicly-held organizations.
Alison joined True from a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she partnered with innovative organizations seeking to innovate and scale across biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics and medical devices. Previously, Alison began her career at Boston Scientific in marketing for its endoscopy business unit, and at Becton Dickinson in corporate communications.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chinese from the College of the Holy Cross.
