Alison Finn is a partner in True’s Life Sciences Practice and a trusted thought partner to operators and investors navigating pivotal moments of growth, transformation and scale. She advises publicly-held and private equity-backed life sciences organizations to build executive leadership teams, with a particular focus on R&D and commercial talent.
Alison brings deep domain expertise across the life sciences ecosystem, advising organizations at key clinical and commercial inflection points. She believes that the most effective leadership outcomes are driven by disciplined assessment paired with thoughtful alignment between leaders, teams, and stakeholders— a foundation for sustained value creation.
Prior to joining True, Alison worked at Perspective, a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm serving the biopharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device landscape. She began her career at Becton Dickinson in corporate communications and at Boston Scientific, supporting its endoscopy business. There, she saw first-hand how organizations provide life-changing products and therapies to patients.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese from the College of the Holy Cross, where she was a division I rower.
