Alan Cork is managing director at True, where he leads the firm’s global food & beverage sector. He partners with private equity and venture-backed investors, as well as public company boards, to build executive teams that accelerate growth and protect enterprise value.
His expertise spans CPG, restaurants, hospitality and food/ag tech, with a focus on CEO, board and senior commercial leadership roles. Alan brings more than 18 years of executive search and consumer industry experience, backed by brand and marketing leadership roles at P&G, Heinz, General Mills and American Express. His early exposure to the food and beverage industry began in his family’s restaurant and hotel operations, sparking a lifelong passion for the sector and shaping his understanding of the leaders who drive it.
Alan holds a BA in economics & German from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in finance, marketing and strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
