As Vice Chairman at True, Adam helps advance the firm’s approach to executive talent strategy as it disrupts the traditional search model and scales the future of tech-driven leadership hiring. In this role, he partners with True’s leadership and search teams to enhance client partnerships, evolve service offerings and accelerate innovation across the firm’s global platform. He brings nearly 25 years of experience in executive search and human capital consulting.
Adam most recently served as a leading partner and head of the private equity practice at Spencer Stuart, where he worked with a team supporting clients across virtually all industries and functions. He was also a core member of the firm’s financial officer and board practices and has placed more than 500 executives at leading companies worldwide. His experience includes working with both public and private companies to build strong management teams and recruit key finance and board leaders.
Earlier in his career, Adam worked as a communications consultant at Watson Wyatt and as an operations manager for a staffing and management search firm. He holds a master’s degree in human resources from the Clarkson University School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elmira College. Adam lives in Connecticut with his wife, Tara, son Griffin, and daughters Lainey and Calleigh.
