Tilanie Salvador

Based in Hamburg, Tilanie has advised a robust portfolio of clients navigating some of the most complex leadership transitions in the region, from founder succession to executive overhauls in PE-backed industrials. Her clients operate across industrial, technology, and consumer sectors, and her ability to match leadership profiles to specific ownership dynamics has made her a trusted advisor across the region for two decades.
Tilanie began her executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles before moving into senior leadership roles at both regional and international boutique firms, where she served as DACH lead and built long-standing client relationships that she brings with her to True.

Jackie McQuiston

Utilizing strategic foresight and firsthand experience, Jackie advises venture-backed companies on the appointment of senior financial leaders at the moment it matters most: the transition from early traction to sustainable scale. Prior to joining True, Jackie spent nine years at Andreessen Horowitz as a Partner on the firm’s Executive Talent team. There, she worked closely with founders and executives across the venture ecosystem to build and scale leadership teams. Earlier in her career, she held operational roles across startups, nonprofits, and public companies, giving her a grounded, multi-sector perspective on what good financial leadership looks like at every stage of growth.

Natasha focuses on CFO and board recruitment for private equity-backed and public companies across enterprise software, healthcare IT, and fintech, bringing a hands-on understanding of what investors actually need from financial leadership at each stage of the value creation journey. Prior to joining True, Natasha led North American C-suite hiring for Hg Capital, a private equity firm focused on B2B software and technology services. In this role she partnered directly with portfolio company leadership teams on executive hiring and development. She also gained operating experience at Hg’s portfolio company, Benevity, during a period of significant growth, a vantage point that sharpened her understanding of what separates a good CFO hire from a transformative one. Natasha began her executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates, primarily working with technology companies.
