Global Consumer and Luxury Goods Marketing Expert Haydee Searcy Joins True Search

New York - March 13, 2024True, the only tech and data-first global talent platform, announced today the hiring of Haydee Searcy, a global marketing executive and multi-time chief marketing officer, who will join True’s Consumer practice as a partner. Searcy has been a leader in the beauty, fashion, and consumer goods markets for over 20 years. Most recently, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Framebridge and Urban Skin Rx, where she built customer bases for brands and developed teams across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

“Haydee’s global marketing expertise in consumer and luxury goods, combined with her passion for founder-led brands, positions her for success in talent acquisition within the beauty, fashion and lifestyle sectors. I’m thrilled to welcome her to the team as she transitions from her role as a marketing leader to helping companies find their own go-to-market talent,” said Shella Abe, co-head of True’s Consumer practice.

In addition to her experience in retail and consumer goods, Searcy has assisted private equity and consulting firms with category overviews, trends, insights, and organizational structure recommendations for acquisitions. Searcy is passionate about all consumer categories across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

Before her roles as CMO at Framebridge and Urban Skin Rx, Searcy spent much of her career leading marketing teams at luxury brands Beautyblender, David Yurman, and Ralph Lauren, while also consulting for brands like LVMH’s Make Up For Ever, gaining significant experience with new store openings and product launches.

Searcy received a B.A. from Spelman College, is based out of the New York office, and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter.
