New York - March 12, 2024—True, the only tech and data-first global talent platform, announced today the addition of David Carden as a partner who will help lead True’s efforts to grow its footprint in large-cap financial services. He will both lead the global Risk and Compliance practice and add financial services expertise to the People, Talent & Legal practice.

David was previously a partner at a global boutique executive search firm specializing in functional leadership. There he helped build the U.S. business and was responsible for driving client strategy across North America. Functionally, David led the global Legal, Risk and Compliance search practice, and the Treasury segment of the CFO practice, in addition to managing other functional leadership assignments. His clients included banks, asset managers, hedge funds, payments and cards businesses, PE firms, market utilities and oil companies.
