Nate joined True in 2024 as a partner in the Consumer and Healthcare Practices. Driven by a passion for innovation, he has worked with growth-oriented companies across all stages from seed through IPO and specializes in architecting and recruiting diverse leadership teams for companies in the consumer and digital health sectors.
Before joining True, Nate was the head of CEO talent at Redesign Health, an industry-leading venture studio that has launched more than 50 innovative healthcare companies since 2018. There he led an executive talent team responsible for recruiting founding CEOs to lead businesses within Redesign Health’s portfolio.
Prior to that, Nate was a partner at SPMB, a top search firm in the US. There he co-founded and co-led the firm’s digital health and consumer technology practices and played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of those sectors over a decade.
Nate holds BA and MA degrees from Stanford University and lives in Chicago, Illinois.
