Joe Riggione is executive vice chair and co-founder of True Platform, one of the most distinctive growth stories in the executive talent industry. Joe helped lead True’s evolution into one of the largest global executive talent management platforms, recognized for pairing leadership impact with a people-first culture.
Joe is also co-founder and General Partner of True Equity, an investment fund providing indexed exposure to top-tier venture capital investments. He serves on the board of the HEADstrong Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving lives affected by cancer.
Before True, Joe and his business partner Brad Stadler built and sold IronHill Partners, one of the fastest-growing retained search firms in the U.S. IronHill was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII) in 2008, where Joe joined as a partner in the technology practice. He began his executive search career as a principal at Howard Fischer Associates.
