As chief financial officer at True, Greg leads the firm’s finance function, partnering with leadership to drive the financial strategy, planning and operational discipline behind True’s continued growth. He brings nearly 15 years of experience across private equity and investment banking, with a strong track record in financial leadership, capital strategy and value creation at portfolio and platform companies.
Prior to joining True, Greg was chief financial officer at Hazel Health, where he oversaw the company’s financial operations through a significant market evolution. Before that, he spent over a decade in private equity, most recently as a managing director at Nordic Capital on the Technology & Payments team where he focused on vertical market investments. During his long private equity career, Greg was responsible for the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and executing deals to working closely with portfolio company leadership teams on strategy, growth initiatives and capital markets transactions. He has served on numerous boards and led a range of executive searches, including as a longtime client of True.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Boston College.
