Cecilia is a principal in True’s Go-to-Market and Consumer Practices and based in Boston. She focuses on C-suite and VP-level searches for founders, entrepreneurs, public companies and PE/VC Investors in the CPG, food and beverage, consumer tech and health & wellness industries.
Prior to joining True, Cecilia worked at DeepBench, a startup in the expert network and research services industry where she managed a team of client associates as well as the marketing efforts for the company. In this role, she connected her clients with SMEs to develop their internal market research.
Cecilia graduated from Connecticut College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and minors in economics and Arabic.
