Sidney is a principal in True’s Healthcare, Life Sciences and People, Talent & Legal practices. Her expertise lies in executing successful executive searches for Healthcare, HR, and Finance leadership across PE, VC, non-profit, and public sectors.
Before joining True, Sidney served as a human resources generalist at the cutting-edge aerospace startup, Boom Supersonic. In this role, she played a pivotal role in enhancing a wide spectrum of employee lifecycle initiatives.
Sidney holds a Bachelor Degree in entrepreneurship and human resources from University of Iowa. Outside of her professional endeavors, you can find Sidney enjoying the outdoors, frequently skiing and snowboarding in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains or embarking on day hikes in the company of her canine companions.
