Prior to joining True, Jennifer held chief revenue officer and GTM leadership roles at Pendo, ExecOnline, Korn Ferry Digital, Glint and LinkedIn. As a seasoned CRO, she has built and scaled world-class revenue organizations across the full commercial stack in both high-growth SaaS companies and large enterprises. Her experience includes scaling businesses from $50M to $400M in ARR, leading large, globally distributed teams, and delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments.
She specializes in the placement of chief revenue officers and senior go-to-market leaders across sales, customer success, marketing and revenue operations. Jennifer partners closely with software and technology companies at critical stages of growth, helping them identify and attract the leadership talent needed to scale their organizations and accelerate performance. She is known for her operator-led perspective, practical approach and ability to align leadership talent with business objectives.
