As a principal in True’s Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech Practice, Luke partners with investors across venture capital & private equity who are focused on the energy transition and decarbonization. This includes building out portfolio companies at the executive level, as well as building out investor teams internally.
Luke’s track record spans broadly across ET&D, covering the hydrogen economy, renewable power & asset development, battery technology & energy storage, food & agtech, EV & mobility, carbon capture and other niche subsets. He has placed principal investors at firms such as Energy Innovation Capital and Closed Loop Partners, and placed key executives at portfolio companies of Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Quantum Energy Partners, G2VP, Energy Impact Partners, and Oaktree Capital.
Luke is from suburban Philadelphia, where he currently resides. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from La Salle University, where he was a captain on the Explorers’ baseball team.
