Rich is a partner in True’s Finance practice and based in Haddonfield, New Jersey. He specializes in strategic CFO, VP Finance, CAO and VP Controller hires for private equity- and growth equity-backed organizations.
Prior to joining True, Rich spent eight years at a boutique recruiting firm in NYC specializing in the placement of accounting, tax and finance professionals. He has experience working with CEOs, founders and investors across all industries including software, tech enabled services, consumer, media, CPG, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services.
Rich has a Bachelor of Science degree in international business from the College of Charleston.
