Dan is a managing director at True Search. Dan originally joined the firm in 2017, and in his time at True he founded and led the Investment Management Practice, the Financial Services Practice, and the firm’s web3 Practice. He has worked with some of the most successful VC and PE firms in the world, helping them recruit investors and operating partners across all levels. Dan was also the head of talent for Paradigm, a leading crypto VC firm. Dan worked for a VC-backed tech startup in San Francisco, while completing his law degree at UCLA.
Outside of work, Dan can be found in San Francisco playing basketball and ultimate Frisbee, and frequenting local live music venues on weekends.
