He has successfully completed searches for clients such as Hinge Health, Hippocratic AI, SmarterDx, Notable Health, CVS Health and Signify Health.
As a managing director at True, Sean also specializes in helping companies globalize in the APAC and U.S. markets. Prior to True, Sean was a managing director in the technology and global healthcare practice at Diversified Search, one of the top 10 executive search firms. Sean also previously served as head of executive talent at Blue Shield of California, a $20+ billion insurance company.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of California, Davis. Sean is an avid traveler and loves exploring new cultural experiences with his family.
