Jasper has completed more than 400 retained executive searches since 1999. He joined True in 2016 after 10 years at Bay Area search firm, SPMB. Prior to his search career, Jasper was a consultant in the strategic services practice at Accenture.
His core speciality is finding authentic and intentional people, who also happen to be top 1% performers in their function. Jasper leads searches for CEO through C-suite in enterprise software. His clients have created $100’s of Billions in wealth, including Databricks, Okta, Procore, Samsara, Flexport, Gainsight, Mulesoft, Forter, Highspot, Uber, Wework and dozens more future household names.
When he’s not hunting white rhinos and unicorns, he hunts two other mythic beasts—his 11 and 9 year old daughters, Kirra and Sasha. Jasper completed his BS at Jacksonville University and MBA at University of Florida.
