Rawlins is a partner in True’s CEO, Board and Go-to-Market Practices, executing searches for private equity backed, B2B, software companies.
Prior to joining True in 2021, she was a vice president with Bespoke Partners, a boutique search firm focused on C-suite placements for private equity backed software companies, spanning growth equity to buyout.
Rawlins began her career at Morgan Stanley in private wealth management and also spent five years abroad in Paris, France. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Northeastern University. She splits her time between New York City and West Palm Beach, Florida.
