JC is a partner based in our San Francisco office who specializes C-suite and VP-level searches for go-to-market and design executives. JC partners with high-growth businesses at all stages, from Series A startups through publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining True in 2014, JC led talent acquisition for Salesforce’s global marketing department during their rapid growth from 7.5k to 15k employees. Additionally he also led design recruiting for Razorfish’s West Coast offices.
JC started his career in architecture working with world renowned architects before pivoting into recruiting more than 20 years ago. Outside of work, JC can be found mountain climbing the seven summits or exploring national parks with his wife and their two junior rangers.
