Christian, a partner based in True’s New York office, has over a decade of global search experience and is an integral member of the Go-to-Market Practice. Having placed executives across the C-suite—including presidents, CROs, and CMOs—Christian brings a diverse skill-set developed from his time across both corporate, early-stage venture, and private equity portfolio companies. He has deep experience building executive teams for market leaders in the SaaS, internet, digital media, and healthcare IT sectors.
Formerly with Lincoln Square Advisors, an independent advisory and recruiting firm, Christian helped shape the executive teams for some of the most innovative venture-backed companies. He previously spent more than six years with EgonZehnder and prior to his career in executive search, was a senior sales representative in the spinal and biologics business of Medtronic.
Christian received his Bachelor of Arts degree in english and philosophy from Regis University and has completed graduate coursework at Fordham University. He lives in NY with his wife, Mary, and three sons, Leo, Sam and Mack.
