Rafe is a managing director in True’s London office where he leads the Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech Practice, specializing in go-to-market and strategic C-suite leadership roles. He was previously the director for strategy and operations for True Search International, where he successfully implemented processes to effectively and efficiently scale the business.
Rafe joined True from Egon Zehnder where he established and led the VC practice, performing search and assessment services for scaling businesses, globally across all sectors. Prior to search, Rafe started his career at American Express.
He holds a diploma in law from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts degree in ancient history from the University of Reading.
