Cody currently serves as a partner at TrueBridge, with a strong background in talent acquisition and executive search. Prior to joining TrueBridge, Cody honed his skills in recruitment and talent strategy with extensive experience including a four-year tenure as a Director at ON Partners, and as a Research Associate in the Global Technology Market at Korn Ferry.
Cody lives in the Austin area with his wife, Marissa, and their three children. While passionate about fostering strong client relationships and driving successful talent acquisition strategies, outside of work and family, Cody enjoys play golf, pickleball and taking trips to the beach.
